CHARLES WEAVER DEAD
Charles Weaver died this morning at 7:20 o'clock at his home a short distance east of Emporia on the Sixth avenue road. The funeral will be held at the home Sunday morning at 9 o'clock. Services will be conducted by Rev. John Price, and the interment will be made in Maplewood cemetery.
The deceased was born 73 years ago in Vermillion county, Ill. He first came to Kansas in 1857, and has lived in this vicinity since 1858. He was married in 1875 to Miss Sarah Estey. To them were born four children who, with their mother survive him. The children are: Gerald, Ethel, who is now Mrs. Noble Thornton, and Harry Weaver.
