FRANK A. HUELS, secretary-treasurer of the Cement Masons Local 527 for thirty-eight years before retiring three years ago, died yesterday at Alexian Brothers Hospital. Mr. Huels, who was 78 years old, suffered from Parkinson's disease.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Lucy Huels, 3752 Gravois Avenue; six daughters, Mrs. Grace Duffy, Mrs. Beatrice Stocker, Mrs. Eleanor Henseler, Mrs. Marcella Grob, Mrs. Evelyn Rogles and Mrs. Patricia Bruemmer; and, three sons, Leonard, Eugene, and Bernard.
