Mrs. Helen Dorothia Wright, age 82, of 110 1/2 West Main Street passed away Saturday afternoon at the Richland Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held in the Memorial Chapel of the Summers Funeral Home with the Rev. Coy Cleghorn officiating. Interment will be in Maple Dale Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home.
Mrs. Wright was born in Beardstown, IL, the daughter of Milton Gannon and Sarah Faith Gannon.
She was married to Francis Wright on April 30, 1923 and he passed away in September of 1953.
She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Olney.
She leaves a daughter Mrs. Robert (Dorothy) Kohler of Branford, Conn. Two grandchildren Mrs. Donald (Marian) Hunt and William Lamb both of Olney. There are 11 great grandchildren.
She also leaves a brother Lester Gannon of Terre Haute, Ind.
Besides her husband and parents she has been preceded in death by an infant son, 4 brothers and 3 sisters.
