Margaret "Toby" L. Decker, 82, of Macon, MO, passed away Monday, February 8, 2010, at the Macon Health Care Facility in Macon. A memorial service will be held Friday, February 12, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Hutton & McElwain Funeral Home in Macon. Visitation will be held Friday at 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. A private family inurnment will be at The Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville at 9 am, February 16, 2010. Toby was born on May 4, 1927, in Jacksonville, MO, the daughter of Russel & Reba Marie (Oliver) Kitchen. She was united in marriage to James Byron Decker on June 17, 1951, in Moberly, MO. Toby enjoyed camping and gardening, and will be sadly missed by all that knew and loved her. She is survived by her husband and one sister Juanita Swetnam of Moberly, MO and numerous cousins. Toby was preceded in death by her parents.
