Graveside services will be in Haven Hill Cemetery with Pastor James A. Roberson presiding. There will be no visitation. Zirkle Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Memorials can be made to the Free Methodist Church.
Mrs. Bostic was born July 23, 1903, in Edwards County, the daughter of Harry and Anna (Eimers) Smith.
She married Walter Bostic Dec. 9, 1922 and he preceded her in death in 1975.
She worked for many years at Ainsbrook in Olney, and was a member of the Free Methodist Church.
Survivors include seven daughters, Mrs. Robert (Betty) Patterson, Olney; Mrs. Pat Wagner, Mrs. Norman (Edith) Aldridge, and Mrs. Marvin (Katherine) Rogers, all of Newton; Mrs. Gary (Marilyn) Brown, Indianapolis, Ind.; Mrs. Claud (Joann) Sanders, Charleston; and Mrs. Willis (Sandra) Berger, Clearwater, Fla.; two brothers, George Smith, Evansville, Ind.; and Robert Smith, Fairfield; 16 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and five step-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; two brothers; three sisters, and two grandsons.
