Adeline M."Addie" Salerno, 79, of Lehigh Acres, FL passed away Saturday, October 11th. Originally of Yorkville, New York, she moved to Lehigh in 1988 and is a retiree of Mfg. Hanover Trust Bank. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and Lehigh Senior Center. She loved working with her hands doing stained glass art, oil paintings and making puppet clowns. She is predeceased by her husband Peter J. Salerno and her sister Maryann. She will be sadly missed by her loving family and friends.Survivors include her son, Peter and wife Cheryl Salerno of New York; granddaughter, Laura and husband Rob Lamond and grandson Peter Michael Salerno; great grandchildren Haley and Danielle all of New York. She is also survived by her sister, Jeannette Brown and her brother Henry and wife Shirley Tourangeau all of Lehigh Acres. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13, 2008 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at the Anderson Funeral Home of Lehigh Acres, 2701 Lee Blvd. Funeral services will commence on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 in the funeral home chapel at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Lee Memorial Park.
