He is survived by his wife Juanita; son William Frank Lowrey, Jr, and wife Lanell; 3 grandchildren DeEtte and husband Daniel Louzau, Jason and wife, Eileen Lowrey, and Jeffrey Lowrey; 2 step-children, Larry and wife Nancy Wilburn, and Donna and husband Aaron Liggett; four step-grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his 1st wife, Pauline Lowrey, daughters: Judy Lowrey and Sue Langbein, parents, and 4 siblings. Survived by brother, John Lowrey of Paris, TX and a sister, Nettie Ulrich of New York.
