Sr. Angela was born Regina Flasch, November 30th, 1860 in St. Kilian, Wisconsin. She entered the Francisan Convent in 1888 in St. Louis, Missouri. She was the superior at St. Mary's Hospital at Racine for 25 years. Later, she served as superior at St. Francis Hospital, Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
She passed away from a stroke, and was laid to rest in the convent cemetery.
