Services for Carl Henry Holl, 89, will be Friday, 10:30 a.m., at United Lutheran Church with Rev. Wayne Barthel officiating. Mr. Holl, who was retired, was born Sept. 10, 1880, at Snyder and died Tuesday at a est Point hospital after an illness of two months. Married Oct. 28, 1908, in Scribner to Martha Wiegand, Mr. Holl had lived in the Snyder and Scribner vicinity and in Pender for 25 years before moving to Scribner in 1966. His wife died about one year ago. Survivors include three grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Emma Peltzer of Chappell. Burial will be in Scribner Cemetery with Spear Funeral Home in charge.
