Mr. Cook attended the Catholic Church and was a member of Christopher Columbus Lodge and Disabled American Veterans. He served with the U.S. Army during the World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Marie Freola Cook, four sisters, Mrs. Mary DeGirolamo of Canton, Mrs. Tony (Jennie) Vizzuso, Miss Rose Cook, Mrs. Josephine Gline, all of Alliance; two brothers, Anthony of Louisville and Fred of Alliance and several nieces and nephews.
