Violet Novelle was born in China Spring, Texas, to the late R.B. "Dick" and Leora "Doll" Baker. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of China Spring and for 37 years was employed at Owens Illinois Manufacturing.
She was preceded in death by brothers, Sam and Wayne Baker; sisters, Judy Hough and Margie Grantham; and the father of her sons, Larvis G. Sanders.
She is survived by sons, Dale Sanders and wife, Joyce, of Lacy-Lakeview, and Kyle Sanders and wife, Shirley, of Newport, Ark.; grandchildren, Lisa Sanders. of Jonesboro, Ark., Steve Sanders and wife, Lisa, of Hewitt, Lori Sanders. of Jonesboro, Ark., Terri Midgett and husband, Will, of Waco, and Kyle W. Sanders and wife, Shana, of Jonesboro, Ark.; ten great-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; special brother-in-law, Ben Hough; and a host of nieces and nephews.
