Funeral Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, December 2, 2004, at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home, 1931 Houser Street. Chaplin Vickie Pederson of Lutheran Homes will officiate. Casket Bearers will be Ernest Morgan, Tony Morgan, E. R. Morgan, Jim Martin, Al Splett, and Dale Foster. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, December 1, 2004, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Unit at Lutheran Homes.
Alice was born on March 18, 1920, in Muscatine, the daughter of James Joseph and Marry Johsifine Dapron Mulvihill. Her first marriage was to Ernest Ray Morgan II on March 18, 1939. He preceded her in death on June 25, 1972. She then married Raymond Anson Sr. on August 2, 1980. He preceded her in death on December 9, 1995.
Alice retired from McKee Button Company.
She was a member of the Ladies of the Moose.
Survivors include one son, Ernest Ray Morgan III of Muscatine; two daughters, Patricia Lucille Splett and husband, Al, of Milton, Florida, and Marilyn Grace Martin and husband, James of Letts; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands, one grandson Robert Splett, two brothers and four sisters.
