Johnny was the son of V. O. and Ethel Chandler. He was the husband of Virginia Elkins Chandler and the father of 2 daughters, Carolyn Elkins Chandler and Judith Ashley Chandler. Johnny worked for the US Postal System and he was very active in the Masons.
