MARY KATHLEEN (KAY) BUSBY, 78, of 19941 Leitersburg Pike, Hagerstown, Maryland, died on Tuesday, April 19, 2005 at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Towson, Maryland.
She was a very classy lady who was loved very much, and will be sadly missed by her surviving family.
Born November 11, 1926 in Cumberland, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Lola Elizabeth Lewis.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Clell Busby on August 17, 1981.
She was of the Methodist faith.
She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Queen Esther Chapter 3, and a member of the Air Force Sergeant's Auxiliary.
She is survived by two daughters, Donna J. Barber, and Kathy L. Piotrowski, both of Hagerstown; one sister, JoAnn Wilson of Hagerstown; four granddaughters, Debora Flores, Tina Watts, Tracy Ramos, and Kassin Piotrowski, and one grandson, Ted Piotrowski; five great-granddaughters, three great-grandsons; one niece, Michelle Sager; and two great-nieces.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Garland Lewis, and Leo Wilson.
Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p. m. Saturday at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard, Hagerstown, Maryland. Rev. C. Michael Henning will officiate. There will be no viewing.
There will be a Graveside Service at 2:00 p. m. Wednesday, May 18, 2005 at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1037 Haven Road, Hagerstown, Maryland 21742.
