Born August 23, 1954 in Kittanning, he was a son of Stephine Martin of Seminole.
Mr. Bartley was a member of St. Charles Roman Catholic Church in New Bethlehem.
In addition to his mother, Mr Bartley is survived by two sisters, Donna Ash of Clarion RD 1 and Marci Bartley of Seminole; and a niece, Lexie Kern of Clarion RD 1.
Friends were received at the John R. Mateer Funeral Home in New Bethlehem.
Services were held at 11 a.m. April 16 at St. Charles Church with the Rev. Thomas Dugan officiating.
Interment was in St. Charles Cemetery.
