He was a member of United Methodist Church of Englewood, Fla. Friends may call from 6 to 8 tonight at Mountcastle Funeral Home, Dale City. Services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m., at Fort Myer Chapel, with burial in Arlington National Cemetery.
