Colonel Norman Edward Oram USAF military career took him to the Air Force Academy at Colorado Springs,CO where he was on the original faculty. He served in Headquarter USAFE, Wiesvaden, Germany, 5th Air Force, Fichu, Japan and ended his career at Supreme Headquarter Allied Powers Europe in Mons, Belgium amoung other assignments. He was awarded the Legion of Merit, The Meritorious Service Award and the Commendation Service Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster. During his career he attended Harvard University where he earned a Master in Business Administration with distinction. After his retirement from the Air Force, Colonel Oram was on the AGC staff for several years. He then was on the ATM faculty before managing INTGRA Houston, a school for Japanese businessmen. He is survived by his first wife Erma and daughter Valerie and several grandchildren. His daughter Karen died in 2000 and second wife Marie Louise in 2008. He is entombed at the Columbarium at Arlington Cemetery.
