Francis Fletcher Arnold's birth date is listed as Feb 14, 1883 in the 1880 US Census for DC, but the headstone shows 1887. His mother was Frances "Fannie" A. Westerfelt and his father was Clarke Arnold. Fannie is buried with Francis, but Clarke is buried elsewhere. Francis' brother, Robert E. Arnold, is also buried there but not shown on the stone. A sister, Corinne E. Arnold, is also buried at Congressional Cemetery and was married to William E. Boswell--my connection to this family. William is buried there as well. I don't know what happened to Robert Arnold's family since he had a wife and children.
