A will of Mary E. Jenkins, dated March 3, 1904, was filed yesterday in the Probate Court. It gives the estate to two grandsons, Horace M. Jenkins and Francis M. Jenkins, and directs that if one of them should died before arriving at the age of twenty-one years the survivor shall take the whole property. If both die during minority, the estate goes to a brother, William H. Ferguson, and five sisters, Amelia V. Allen, Emma J. Goodhart, Anna C. Moore, Margaret Roberts, and Blanche A. Ewing.
