Funeral services for Otis E. Anderson, 62, will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church with the Rev. Frank Oswald officiating. Interment will be made in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery.

Mr. Anderson, a former resident of Ratcliff and Houston county, was born March 8, 1898 in Gainesville. At the time of his death, he resided at 1404 S. Pearl in Dallas.

Survivors include 2 sons, T. A. Anderson of Houston and Chester Anderson of Orange; father, B. B. Anderson of Kennard; daughter, Nola Fay Anderson; 4 sisters, Mrs. Emeril Bass of Dallas, Mrs. C. E. Farris of Sugarland, Mrs. W. A. Moore of Houston and Mrs. J. L. McClain or Orange; 2 brothers, H. W. Wright of Silsbee and W. C. Wright of Orange; several grandchildren.
