MR. COON, age 71, passed away July 8, 1989. He was an area resident since 1946, member of St. Michael Church, former Boy Scout leader of troops 55 and 154 and a member of the American Legion. Survivors include wife ROSELYN; 4 sons, JAMES and wife NANCY of Oxford, OH, DONALD and wife DONNA of Dewitt, DOUGLAS and wife ELIZABETH of Pensauken, NJ, ROBERT and wife ELIZABETH of Sault Ste. Marie; 3 daughters, MRS. KENNETH (BARBARA) SANDBORN of Portland, MRS. SCOTT (SUSAN) SANDERS of Charlotte and MRS. ERIC (KAREN) CASLER of Holt; 25 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; sister MRS. IVA REICHMANN of Lansing. Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, 11 a.m. St. Michael Church, Grand Ledge. Visitation Monday 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. at the Holihan Funeral Home, Grand Ledge. Scripture Service Monday 8 p.m. Interment Oakwood Cemetery. Memorial Contribution to St. Michael Church Building Fund would be appreciated.
