Harry Apgar
Harry Apgar, 84, died last night at the home of his daughter, Mrs. W. J. Dittmar, 20 S. Front St., Easton, with whom he resided.
Mr. Apgar had been a forman for about 18 years at the Edison Cement Co., New Village.
Born in Hampton, he was a son of the late William and Mae Apgar. He was a lifelong resident of Easton-Phillipsburg area.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Easton.
Surviving in addition to his daughter, are a grandson. His wife, the former Myra Hendershot, died about a year ago.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Hagerty Colonial Home, Phillipsburg.

The funeral of Harry Apgar, 84, was held this afternoon at the Hagerty Colonial Home, Phillipsburg. Mr. Apgar died Thursday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. W. J. Dittmar, 20 S. Front, Easton, with whom he resided.
The Rev. Albert Beerley, pastor of the First Baptist Church, Easton, officiated. Internment was in Northampton Memorial Shrine. The pallbearers were Frank Saloman, James Merritt, Leroy Booth, Raymond LaBarre, William Rhoads, and George Hevener.
