Three children;Willis,Ethel and Henry P.
Arno Henry Manz, 59, died this morning at 3 o'clock at St. Nicholas
Hospital after a lingering illness.
Mr. Manz was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Philip Manz. He was born
in the town of Rhine on Nov. 17, 1893, and was married to Erna Backhaus
Nov. 25, 1920. After their marriage they lived on a farm in the town of
Rhine and he worked at the Kohler Co. for 16 years.
He was a member of the American Legion Kupfahl-Meyer-Scheib Post No. 387
of Franklin, the Veterans of Foreign Wars of Howards Grove and the Howards
Grove Rod and Gun Club.

One brother preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Walter H. Ahrens
Funeral Home in Howards Grove. The services will be conducted by the Rev.
John Gerber of the Ebenezer Evangelical Reformed Church in Sheboygan.
Burial will be at the Rockville Cemetery near Kiel.
