Buck graduated from St. John's School in Hollywood, MD. He was known for his gentle manner and quiet disposition. He loved boating and fishing and his favorite hobbies were working on watches, radios, and lawnmower engines. He enjoyed Listening to country and gospel music and spending time with family and friends.
Buck is survived by his siblings Barbara Ann Abell, Jeanette Abell Cameron, Joseph Kenneth Abell, Sr., Mary Evelyn Abell Brugman, and Eileen Abell Tippett.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church in Hollywood, MD, with Father Ray Schmidt officiating.
Pallbearers were Frank Cameron, Jr., Timothy Cameron, Vincent Abell, Chris Burgan, David Abell and Christopher Curtis. Honorary pallbearers were Ken Abell, Julie Brugan, Paul Oncken, Carolyn and Ed Forsman, Dennis Brugman and Kathleen Bilotta.
