Born January 09, 1923 in Clarksville, TX. and passed away March 7, 2010 in Lancaster, TX. Preceded in death by her husband, Enos Ray Cherry and her son, Rodger Dale Cherry. Survived by her son, Bobby Ray Cherry; daughters, Margaret Crow and husband Doug, and Linda Cherry; brother, Mack Kilmer; grandson, Kevin Cherry and wife Elizabeth; granddaughters, Janelle Keeton and husband, Jessie, and Brenda Davis and husband, AlJon; great grandchildren, Fisher, Austin, Megan, Chrissy, Jeremiah, DaJon and Braydon; 2 great-great grandchildren, Nataly and Ali; 3 great-God children, Chris, Steven, and Amy. Dorothy loved gardening, quilting, she also spent many hours volunteering at the Lancaster Senior Citizens Center where she was also a member. She attended Danieldale Baptist Church and in her younger years taught Sunday school. She received a special certificate of recognition for her hours of volunteer work signed by President Bush.
