She passed away Tuesday March 9, 2010 at Sulphur, Oklahoma at the age of 88 years, 6 months and 24 days. She was married to Delmer C. Cagle at Sulphur on December 21, 1938. He preceded her in death June 2, 1998.
She grew up in the Sunshine Community, lived in her current home for 58 years. She went back to school at the age of 41, to become a LPN. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and Home Demonstration Club. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother: Herbert Magby.
Survivors: Daughter & Son-in-law: Charlotte & Lyle McGowan of Tulsa; Sons & daughters-in-law: Jerry & Alicia Cagle of Lewisville, Texas, David & Jane Cagle of Carrollton, Texas, & Dan Cagle of Tulsa; Sister: Bernice Davis of Charlotte, North Carolina; Grandchildren: Teresa Nelson, Greg, Jeff, Andy & Mary Beth Cagle, Carlie Beth Wischnewsky, Mike McGowan, & Angela Carlisle, Great Grandchildren: Courtney & Hayden Linam, Chad Nelson, Chad, Elizabeth & Katlyn McGowan, Carter, Kennedy, Avery, & Hayden Cagle.
