William Dwaine Price, 66, of Martinsburg, WV died Sunday, July 4, 2004.
Born November 8, 1937 in Berkeley Co., WV he is the son of Dereava A. Owens Price of Martinsburg and the late William F. "Jerry" Price.
He was retired from Mack Truck with over thirty years of service.
Dwaine spent many memorable days along the Potomac River with his family, enjoying activities such as water skiing, boating, fishing, and watching fireworks. He was also an avid racecar fan.
He was a graduate of Martinsburg High School.
He was a member of the Isaac Walton League and the Martinsburg Lodge #120, Loyal Order of Moose.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Patricia Ann Laing Price; one son, Michael "Skip" Price and his wife, Linda of Manassas, VA; one daughter, Wendy Michelle Price of Fort Lauderdale, FL; two step-sons, Victor W. Miller of Hedgesville and Jeffery T. Miller of Falling Waters; two step-daughters, Rhonda C. Stanley and Melissa A. VanAllen both of Starke, FL; two grandchildren, Tori and Brian Price of Manassas, VA; eleven step-grandchildren; and his former wife, Betty Jean Fulk of Martinsburg.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Shelly Jean "Susie" Price.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 9, 2004 at 11:00AM at the Brown Funeral Home with Pastor Don Cherry officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
