Lois and Willis had four children: Alvin Clyde, Ione Elizabeth, Gale L., and Ethel Mozelle, all born in Hobart, Oklahoma (Kiowa County).
Willis died April 1, 1937 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (Oklahoma County) and was buried in Rose Hill Burial Park. Lois died July 18, 1956 in Oklahoma City, and was buried beside her husband.

Lois Marshall Is Dead at 72, Rites Pending. Mrs. Lois C. Marshall, 72, of 1815 NW 14th, died Wednesday in Bone and Joint Hospital after an extended illness. Services will be announced by Smith and Kernke Funeral Home.
A native of Iowa, Mrs. Marshall came to Oklahoma City in 1914 from Clinton. Her husband, W.C. Marshall, a butcher, died in 1937. Mrs. Marshall belonged to Pennsylvania Avenue Christian Church. She is survived by two sons, Gale Marshall, 3500 NW 27, and Alvin Marshall, Englewood, California; two daughters, Mrs. Leroy Cross, 3613 NW 19, and Mrs. Ione Davis, 1815 NW 14; two sisters, Mrs. L.R. Strong, Cordell, and Mrs. Agnes Gilliland, Riverside, California.
