Mrs. Walter Copeland, of Altus, OK was the former Mary Easter, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. L.L. Easter. She died February 10, in Oklahoma City.
Born May 24, 1919, she attended the Wellington schools. Mrs. Copeland had lived away from here for more than 30 years.
Survivors include her husband, Walter Copeland of Altus; three children, Mrs. Garneta Johnston and Stanley Miller of Oklahoma City, and Mrs. Bobby Hadrick of Marysville, CA; six grandchildren; and five sisters: Mrs. Dovie Lou Rasco of Pampa, Mrs. Shirley Walters of Calimesa, CA, Mrs. Dimple Miller of Kingman, AZ, Mrs. Mona Faye Parvin of Perryton, and Mrs. Elva Turner of Vero Beach, FL.
Preceding her in death were her parents and only brother, Raphael Easter.
