FRESHWATER, Jan. 14. —Alexander Adams of this place, answered the final summons, having passed to the beyond early Saturday morning about 4 o'clock. A few days ago he was stricken with paralysis, which was the immediate cause of death. He leaves to mourn his loss, five children, Mrs. Ellen Parks of Eureka, Mrs. Annie Pinkerton of Freshwater, Miss Jennie Adams of Eureka, William Adams and Mrs. Della Graham of Freshwater. His wife preceded him to the great beyond about five years ago. The funeral was held at the family residence at 3 o'clock this afternoon and interment was in Myrtle Grove cemetery
