Funeral for A.B. Bradford, who died Tuesday, September 1, 1998, at Huntsville Hospital, is today (Thursday), September 3. The 2 p.m. service is to be at Carr Funeral Home, Guntersville, with the Rev. Anthony Barnes and Joe Teal officiating.

Burial is to be in the Roselawn Cemetery, Decatur.

Mr. Bradford was a member and deacon of the Grant First Baptist Church. He was a retired executive administrator of the D.A.R. School, and a previous field representative for the Social Security Administration.

Survivors include his wife, Lorene Bradford; a son, Michael L. Bradford of Cullman; a daughter, Dr. Susan Bradford of Pocatello, Idaho; his stepmother, Mable Bradford of Russellville; three sisters, Dee Barger of Oakland Park, Ill., Shirley Nitz of Bowlin Brook, Ill., and Joan Pugh of Muscle Shoals.

Pallbearers are to be Dempsey Johnson, Reginald Hagood, Eston Lewis, I.G. Lewis, Philips Owens and Leonard McPeters.
