DUCHESNE--Funeral for Forest James Ivie, 63, Duchesne, who died Tuesday 6:50 p.m. at home after a lingering illness, will be Friday, 2 p.m. Duchesne Ward Chapel. Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Born October 10, 1897, Wallsburg, Wasatch County to James Gilbert and Julia Maria Myler Ivie. Married Ella Ivie May 16, 1926, Duchesne. Later solemnized, Salt Lake LDS Temple.

Survivors: widow, daughters, Mrs. LaVerl (Delta) Young, Heber; Miss Darlene Ivie, Duchesne; two grandchildren, brothers, sisters, Mrs. Ervan (Ethel) Clegg, San Diego, California; Mrs. Herb (Alice) Firth, Utahn, Duchesne County; Raleigh, Duchesne; Dale, Kearns; Mrs. Roscoe (Julia Ett) Bair, Mrs. Manfred (LaPrele) Campbell, both Price; half-brother, Clarence Baum, Duchesne.
