Abner E. Klingensmith of Shelocta RD1, died at 5:20 p.m. yesterday (Nov. 8, 1964) at home. He was 91.
Born Sept. 26, 1873 in Girty, the son of Absolom and Rosanna (Frantz) Klingensmith, he was a retired farmer. His wife Edna (Graham) Klingensmith, died in 1959.
He was a member of Whitesburg Presbyterian Church and Girty Grange.
Surviving are: one son, Capt. Dwayne Klingensmith of West Grove, Pa. and eight daughters, Mrs. John (Hulda) Mosbaugher of Avonmore, Mrs. Seward (Willivene) Stiffler of Inglewood, Calif., Mrs. Forest (Mary) MOrgan of Apollo, Mrs. Frank (Eleanor) Mosbaugher of New Kensington and Mrs. Kenneth (Rosanna) Kepple and Mrs. John (Velma) Beattie, both of Vandergrift, Mrs. William (Zelda) Riggle of Spring Church and Arveda Klingensmith at home; 23 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Klingensmith of Shelocta RD1 who died at home yesterday (Nov. 8, 1964), will be received at Clark Funeral Home, Elderton, today from 7 to 9 p.m. an tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be held at the funeral home at 2 p.m. Wednesday, conducted by Rev. William Shaffer of Elderton Methodist Church. Interment will be in Whitesburg Presbyterian Cemetery. Arrangements by Clark.
