John Franklyn Darling Dies In Oneonta
John Franklyn Darling, 77, died at Oneonta, N.Y. on April 9, 1960. He was born at Phoenix, N. Y., the son of Elizabeth Johnson and John Darling.
He is survived by his wife, Alice; one son, Roland of Chittenango; one daughter, Mrs. Martha Kenyon of Clay; two sisters, Mrs. Cora Moore and Mrs. Edith Rogers, both of Modesto, Calif.; 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Final rites were held Wednesday, April 13, from Tyler’s Funeral Home, with Rev. Marvin Reacher officiating. Burial in Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay, N. Y.
