LaFontaine--Funeral services are pending for Mrs. Millie M. Owen, South Bend, who died in a Westville Hospital Thursday at 6 p.m. She had been ill six months. The body was brought to the Brenneman-Hunter Funeral Home where services will be held. Burial will be in Rennicker Cemetery.
A native of Wabash County, Mrs. Owen was born April 4, 1871 the daughter of Levi and Lydia Moore. She lived in Wabash County 30 years and was a former member of the LaFontaine Methodist Church. Her marriage to Charles T. Owen occurred Aug. 7, 1889.
A daughter, Mrs. Laurence H. [Sybil] Reynolds, South Bend, three grandchildren, four great great grandchildren survive.
