Ann M. Boland, 82, Richmond Heights, passed away Thursday, Dec. 2, 2004, at Cedarcrest Manor in Washington.
Miss Boland was born May 21, 1922, in Port Hudson, the daughter of John H. Boland and wife Cecelia M., nee Ballmann.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Father Aloysius J. Boland.
Miss Boland is survived by three brothers, John J. Boland and wife Marline, Sylvester Boland and wife Theresa, all of Port Hudson, and Richard Boland and wife Doris, Washington; five sisters, Frances Buchheit, St. Louis, Sister Cabrini Boland, Tulsa, Okla., Sister Benedicta Boland, Piedmont, Okla., Cecelia Boland, New Haven, and Rose Marie Nealon, St. Louis; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held Monday, Dec. 6, at Holy Family Church, Port Hudson.
The Rev. Ken Brown, Deacon Richard Boland, Monsignor Bernard Granich, the Rev. Robert Heimos and the Rev. John Hallemann officiated.
Burial was in the church cemetery.
Memorials to the Daily World Missionaries of St. Louis, Franciscan Sisters of Mary, St. Louis, or Benedictine Sisters of Oklahoma are preferred.
The family was served by Miller Funeral Home, Washington.
