Died at 10:20 pm Monday, Aug 20, 1985, near Wilmer. He was 59, a native of Tangipahoa Parish and a resident of Amite. He was manager of Hood Super Shell, Amite, and a US Army veteran of WWII. Visiting at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, from 8 am to religious services at 11 am Wednesday, conductd by the Rev. Bob Simpson. Burial in Lee Cemetery. Survived by wife, Dian Addison, Amite; three daughters, Pamela Jean Goldsby and Bessie M. Addison, both of Amite, and Belinda Addison, Independence; a son, Steve Addison, Amite; two stepdaughters, Sherry Maurer, Natalbany, and Lori Clark, Amite; four sisters, Mrs. Theresa Blackwell, Mrs. DorothyMatranga and Mrs. Mildred Allen, all of Kentwood, and Mrs. Rebecca Easley, Amite; and six grandchildren. Preceded in death by two brothers, Herbert S. and Archie M Addison.
