Thelma Guy, born Jan. 23, 1927, a long time resident of Mobile, died Monday, March 22, 2010 in a local hospital. She is preceded in death by her husband, Horace D. Guy, her parents, and many siblings. She is survived by three daughters, Joanne Bartley, Donna Myers, and Debra Sprayberry; one son, Jerry Guy; one brother, Eldon Arvel Bailey; eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Visitation will be held from Valhalla Memorial Funeral Home on Friday, March 26, 2010 from11 pm until 12 pm. Chapel service will follow at 12. Interment will be in Valhalla Memorial Gardens.
