Death Claims Mrs. Tollevia Barker At Home In City
Mrs. Tollevia Barker, a resident of Casper since 1907, passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Edison Hughes, 162 North Park, Saturday night, following a short illness.
Mrs. Barker was born in Winston, Mo., Oct. 1, 1856, and came to Casper in 1907. She was the wife of the late John Barker, who died here in Casper in 1917. The daughter is the only survivor.
Mrs. Barker was a Charter member of the Baptist Church of Casper and also the Baptist Aid Society.
Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Gay chapel with the Rev. Eugene M. Wilson, pastor of the First Baptist Church, in charge.
