Mrs. Robert J. Baylor died Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at her home on Middlebrook, Rt. 1. She was born in Middlebrook on Oct. 30, 1879, daughter of the late Jacob and Drucilla Bear Arehart.
Her husband, Robert J. Baylor, died Oct. 6, 1952. Mrs. Baylor was the last of her family. She is survived by the following nieces and nephews: Mrs. Paul C. Shirey, Lawrence A. Arehart, and Aubrey W. Arehart, Staunton; Cornelius Arehart, Washington, D.C.; the Rev. Lloyd Arehart, Charles Town, W.Va.; the Rev. Raynard Arehart, missionary in Brazil.
Mrs. Baylor had been an active member of Mt. Tabor Lutheran Church for a number of years, and also was active in community affairs.
A funeral service will be held at Mt. Tabor Lutheran Church Friday at three p.m. conducted by Dr. T.G. Shuey and the Rev. Otis T. Zirkle. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
