Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Saturday, March 27, at First Baptist Church in Hugo with Bro. James McCloud officiating. Interment follows in Mount Olivet Cemetery in Hugo. Miller & Miller Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
The family receives friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 26, at the funeral home.
He was born Monday, Sept. 7, 2009, to Ernie and Krystle Taylor at Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas. He was a happy baby. He loved his swing, his bouncy seat and his play mat, but his favorite place to be was in his parents' arms. In the short time that he was on this earth, he touched and made a tremendous impact on the lives of many people. Few knew him, yet he was loved by so many.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Mary Carroll Taylor; and his great-grandparents, Bertie Shelton, Bill and Nelda Carroll, Red and Agnes Taylor
Survivors include his parents, Ernie Taylor, II and Krystle Shelton Taylor of Hugo; maternal grandparents, Dooley and Katie Shelton of Wright City, Okla.; paternal grandfather, Ernie Taylor, Sr. of Hugo; uncles, Will Taylor of Hugo and Jason Shelton of Wright City, Okla.; great-grandparents, Kenneth and Sue Nagel of Idabel; along with many other relatives and friends.
