DRUMMONDS - Walter C. Pairmore, 77, retired Navy civil service employee, died Friday at Methodist Hospital in Memphis. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Munford (Tenn.) Funeral Home with burial in Poplar Grove Cemetery in Drummonds. He was a World War II Navy veteran and a member of the American Legion. Mr. Pairmore, the husband of Phobie M. Pairmore, also leaves a daughter, Louise Pittman of Drummonds; two sons, Vernon Pairmore of Atoka and Stanley Pairmore of St. Charles, Mo.; a sister, Ol a Mae McDaniel of Brighton; two brothers, Grady Pairmore of Covington and William Pairmore of Marked Tree, Ark., seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
