Mary was born to Floyd and Alice [Winters] Clark. She passed away at her home in Post township rural Postville,with family around her. She married Verdon[Bud] Swenson on July 24,1947 at the Forest Mills Church. To this union four children were born and raised in the love fo the Lord. They are Faith Swenson Miene, Hope Swenson Bartlien,Mary Lynn Swenson Sadowski, Hall Leroy Swenson III.or as we call him Buddy. She was preceded in death by her parents , one sister Roberta McShane ,and a brother Keith Clark, she is survived by her husband and children, grandchildren and a sister Dora Bollman and a brother Lloyd Clark. She was a member of the Forest Mills Church where Verdon was the pastor for a number of years and for which she taught Sunday School and belonged to the womens organization over the years.
