Blanche was my father's oldest sister.
∼She was the daughter of William Albert SMOOT and Maud BOND. When her mother Maud married Clarence Michael CAPLE in September, 1897, he adopted Blanche and she became Blanche CAPLE.
Her first marriage was to Edgar KINYON (1884-1930) sometime before 1914. They had two children together:
Hildred Celia KINYON Haltom
Edgar E., KINYON, Jr. (1920-2000)
After Edgar's death Blanche was married to Robert "Bob" Henry BYERS, somtime before 1941. They had no children together.
Cause of death: acute myocardial infarction & pneumonia.
