The 1910 federal census reported Mary Littlefield living with her husband and daughter in the household of her husband's parents in Cleveland.
Mary and William divorced 24 Jun 1911; Mary and her daughter moved back to Washington State. Both Mary and William remarried. Mary's second marriage on 19 September 1914 was to Thomas Lacy Fishback, Adna farmer, who adopted Mary's daughter, then known as Frances Olive Fishback.
Thomas and Mary Fishback had a son, Thomas, born 18 November 1918 who died as an infant. Mary Emily Fay Littlefield Fishback of Adna died soon after her infant son at the age of 32 on 16 December 1918 in St Helen Hospital, Chehalis of uremia, and she is buried in Claquato cemetery.
