Lee Yarbrough, 77, of Springdale, Ark., died Dec 27, 1994, at the Springdale Memorial Hospital. He was born June 20, 1917 at Alabam, Ark., the son of the Rev. Riggs and Rosa Baughman Yarbrough. He was a retired farmer and a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army Air Force. He was a member of Hayes-Smith Post No. 137, American Legion at Huntsville. He lived in Castleford, Idaho for many years.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lorene Baker Yarbrough of the home, whom he married on Feb. 2, 1940; two sons, Ken Yarbrough of Dade City, Fla., and Lloyd Yarbrough of Pleasanton, Calf.; three daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Snow and Mrs. Nadine Vannoy, both of Springdale, and Mrs. Shirley Huffmaster of Little Rock; one brother Doyle Yarbrough of Springdale; one sister, Mrs. Bonnie Wright of Buhl, Idaho; ten grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec 31, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with the Rev. Jim Spurlock and the Rev. Cecil Garrison officiating. Interment was in the Alabam Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were Brent Snow, Kent Snow, Jared Vannoy, Mike Vannoy, Bryan Yarbrough, and Ricky Yarbrough.
