Anna Belle Norris, age 86, of Nevada, Ohio, died at 12:54 pm on Sunday, March 28, 2010, at Wyandot Memorial Hospital in Upper Sandusky, Ohio.Anna Belle was born on June 1, 1923, in Wyandot County to Lloyd and Anna (Furrow) Holdcraft, both of whom are deceased. She married Arthur P. Norris on November 23, 1942, in Sycamore, Ohio, by Rev. Brause. Arthur survives in Nevada, Ohio. Anna Belle is also survived by two sons, three grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother of Bucyrus, Ohio, and a sister of Sycamore, Ohio, She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Howard, Byron, and James Holdcraft, and five sisters, Zella Graves, Mary Jane Cascaden, Mabel Holdcraft, Neva Holdcraft, and Mariam Williams. Anna Belle retired in 1985 from Swan Rubber in Bucyrus, Ohio. She was a fifty year member of Emmanuel United Church of Christ in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, a former member of the Pythian Sisters in Nevada, Ohio, and a member of the Women's Guild. For hobbies Anna Belle enjoyed flower gardening, crocheting and knitting, word search puzzles, and baking. Funeral services for Anna Belle will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, March 31, 2010, at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Nevada, Ohio, with the Rev. Martin L. Stiffler officiating. Burial will follow at the Nevada Cemetery.
