He was born at Fort Lewis, Washington on May 23, 1963 and has lived in Mount Vernon for the past 19 years.
He enjoyed hunting, and was the owner and operator of Wallace Trucking.
Jerry is survived by his parents, Jerry and Mary Wallace; sister, Cherryl Moore and her husband James; niece and nephews Nicholas, Brian, Melissa and Braeden, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandma Vi Ramsey and Aunt Sandy.
Cremation arrangements are under the care of Lemley Chapel.
