Martha Emily "Emma" Rankin was the daughter of Thomas Walter Rankin and Sarah E. Hathorn. She was married 1st to Eilliam M. Roberts. They had three children. She married 2nd to Rev. Francis Asbury Ratcliffe.

Widow of Minister Dies at 95
Graveside services for Mrs. Emma Rankin Radcliffe, 95, 2360 Miller Field Road, who died Sunday in a local hospital, will be held at 1 p.m. today in Riverside Cemetery. The family request that flowers be omitted.
Mrs. Ratcliffe, the former Miss Emma Rankin, was born in Monroe County and had lived here most of her life. She was the widow of the Rev. Francis Asbury Ratcliffe, and a member of the Mulberry United Methodist Church and the Eastern Star.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Edward M. Wise of Atlanta, Mrs. Joe H. Bridges of Bainbridge and Mrs. John L. Parrott of Macon; four grandchildren and four great-granchildren.
Hart's Mortuary is in charge.
