Tim passed away at the young age of 48 on Sunday, March 28, 2010.
He lived in the Tuttle area all of his life and graduated from Tuttle High School. Tim married Shelly Kathleen Stroud on November 14, 1980, in Newcastle, Oklahoma. Together they had two sons, Ethan Louis Plumlee and Kenser Quaid Plumlee.
Tim was self employed as a diesel mechanic and he enjoyed hunting, fishing, NASCAR, and bull riding. He was also a member of True Oak Fellowship Church in Tuttle.
Tim was preceded in death by his father, Louis Plumlee and his sister Belinda Belle (Jones) McKinney.
Survivors inclue his wife, Shelly, and his sons, Ethan Louis and Kenser Quaid, all of the home in Tuttle; his mother, Loretta Plumlee of Tuttle, and his brother, John Wayne Jones and his wife, Barbara, of Bridgecreek, Oklahoma; as well as many other relatives and friends.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 1, 2010, at Snowhill Baptist Church, Tuttle, Oklahoma. Reverand Ben Reid and Jerry Jeter will officiate with interment in Fairview Cemetery, Tuttle, Oklahoma.
Funeral arrangements made by Eisenhour Funeral Home, Blanchard, Oklahoma.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Tim Plumlee Memorial Fund in care of the First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 370, Blanchard, Oklahoma 73010, or the First National Bank of Tuttle, Oklahoma.
